Refused Shipments
If we are notified in advance that item(s) is going to be refused upon delivery for any reason by no fault of oukitelindia.com, the refused item(s) will be treated as unopened returned goods. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Stuck or Lost Package
Every once in a while, orders can get stuck or lost in transit. If this happens, don’t worry, we’ll get you taken care of! On the other hand, when tracking information hasn’t shown progress in few days, many people think their order is stuck or lost when it isn’t.

Pricing Mistakes
If a significant pricing mistake happens you agree that Oukitel India will not be bound by that incorrect price, unless the purchase contract has already been concluded. If we notice a gross mistake and the purchase contract has not yet been concluded, we will let you know the correct price and you will get to choose to either continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Cancellation and Refund
Until the time Store accepts your Order through issuance of Confirmation of Order, Store reserves the right to refuse to process your Order and you reserve the right to cancel your Order. If Store or you have cancelled your Order before acceptance by Store, then Store will promptly refund payment already made by you for the order of the Product.
Store may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason, in which case, Store will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
Store will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product. Except for Orders paid for in cash, refund, if any, shall be made to the same issuing bank from where Order Price was received. For Orders paid through cash, refunds, if any, will be made via demand draft in favor of the Customer.
Warranty Policy
We provide 12 Months warranty for purchases on doogeeindia.com. The warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer purchaser received the products.
How to claim your warranty?

Step 2
If your item is eligible for Doogee India Warranty Policy, we will arrange a pick up of the product from you.
Step 3
Doogee India will proceed with replacement 7 working days* after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.
*Please note that delivery may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
NOTE:
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
· Non-quality related issues;
· Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
· Items that have been refunded;
· Items that have expired their warranty period;
· Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
· Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
· Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
· Lost or stolen products;
· Free products.
