Processing Time

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 24-72 Hrs. working days. However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time checking/perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around the end of the year.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.

Refused Shipments

If we are notified in advance that item(s) is going to be refused upon delivery for any reason by no fault of oukitelindia.com, the refused item(s) will be treated as unopened returned goods. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Stuck or Lost Package

Every once in a while, orders can get stuck or lost in transit.  If this happens, don’t worry, we’ll get you taken care of!  On the other hand, when tracking information hasn’t shown progress in few days, many people think their order is stuck or lost when it isn’t.
